My washer and dryer needed replacement ASAP. I called and spoke to the nicest lady. She sent me photo and details of what I was looking for. Ordered and paid for it over the phone. They delivered to me and took the old ones away. Now how awesome is that to be able to shop without having to drive to Jasper. I will be buying all my appliances from them!

I contacted about my AC going out and was struggling with the heat (East Texas Summer). Their technician was curious and professional. They temporarily fixed the AC until the parts come in to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to help me. The repair was reasonably priced. Nice to know that there are still businesses in our area that care about the community. Thank you!

Mrs. Bridgett, her act of kindness and how sweet she is, and how professional she was, very patient, very catering to my needs as well. I’ve NEVER been serviced with this kind of professionalism. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such a nice greeting and a positive attitude, and a rapport takes you a long place. They're a bit higher than most on appliances but they are family owed and do not order in bulk like the big stores. The furniture is priced well. I have bought a mattress and a Whirlpool flat-top stove. They didn't have exactly what I wanted so they special ordered it for me. It only took like 4 weeks to come in. My oven has an air fryer built in y'all! 😬 and self cleaning 😬

Getting to meet folks like you is one of the many reasons we love coming to work every day.
I went to buy a new bed for a guest room and had a great sales person named Bridget Smith. Went back and had the same experience with Bridget who helped me select a king size bed set.
